On arrival Meet and Assist English speaking greeters will meet you near the air bridge. They will give you full Airport Assistance and will assist you through any passport or visa control. They will escort you to the baggage and customs area, and of course these Meet and Greet staff will also help find your driver. Or if you booked a connection, check in to your next flight.
Tanzania Departure Meet & Assist
On departure, the Meet & Greet team will contact your driver. After greeting you they will assist you through check-in and immigration. Then they will take you to your airline lounge. And finally to the boarding gate.

We give Tanzania Airport Meet and Assist help for a connection (with immigration) or a transit (with no immigration). Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (ZNZ) is the main airport located on Unguja Island and is located 5 KM from Zanzibar City. There are 2 terminals at this airport anarrival and departure terminal. A new terminal is being built that will have greater capacity. Regional airlines fly from this airport as well as services to Europe with a number of international and charter companies.
Julius Nyerere International Airport (DAR) is the largest international airport in Tanzania and serves Dar es Salaam. Airlines fly to most regional and European destinations from here and it is quite a busy airport. Dar Es Salaam started as a mere fishing village and has grown to become one of the most important trading cities in east Africa. Located 12Km from downtown and is easily accessible by taxi, hotel shuttle buses and car hire. There are 3 busy terminals in this airport; terminal one is for private flights, terminal 2 is domestic and terminal 3 is a new and well-equipped modern terminal with all the facilities one would want including restaurants, airline lounges and plenty of seating.
Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) this is a busy little airport that serves the tourism sector to Mount Kilimanjaro. There are a small number of flights to Europe from this airport but most of the flights are regional and domestic. Inside the airport there are a number of shops and popular restaurants.
